The CAP mission is to accelerate the adoption of the water quality improvement practices in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Paulding, Williams and Wood counties.


Meetings of the Board of Trustees will be held three times per year, except when no business is to come before the Board, then no meeting will be held. Regular meetings will be held on the second Monday of December and the first Tuesday of March and the fourth Tuesday of August. Starting time for a meeting is 10:00 a.m., unless changed by the Executive committee.
